OUR MISSION
- To develop a global investment holding company that manages a portfolio of diversified businesses through our subsidiary companies and joint venture partnerships operating in the Healthcare, Financial Services, Automotives, Information Technology, Hospitality and Constructions sectors, throughout the African, Indian subcontinental and South-East Asian Region.
- To provide corporate support and services to our operating entities in the areas of strategic initiatives, financial planning and funding, networking and business development, risk assessment and mitigation, legal and compliance, employee development, information technology and media relations.
- To develop and foster strong relationships with co-investors and lenders, and continuously endeavor to create synergic business opportunities organically and inorganically, leading to shareholders’ value maximization over medium and long periods of time
