MyOwn Gblc Infra Private Limited possesses significant experience in the construction field which includes a distinctive array of capabilities in building and civil engineering, and has delivered a wide range of projects involving the construction of private residences and infrastructures in India.
The company’s business models emphasize strong synergy between business sectors, promoting reliable relationships through networks of Associates and Subsidiaries with strong local roots.

MyOwn has ventured into Manufacturing and Sale of EV (Three Wheel Electric Vehicle); in collaboration and partnership with Clean Motion of Sweden via its subsidiary Zbee Clean Motion Asia Berhad. The company focuses on manufacturing and selling the Zbee Model Electrical Vehicle in the ASEAN region as part of the group’s initiatives in the growing EV market, starting with commercial – passenger vehicle segment.

MyOwn operates in the mortgage and micro leading business via its subsidiary MyOwn Mortgage, (formerly known as Sated Mortgage) a community credit company registered and licensed under the Housing and Local Government Ministry (KPKT) in Malaysia. MyOwn Mortgage provides for the various needs of small businesses, real estate developers, builders and individual homebuyers. MyOwn Mortgage has a full range of microfinance products that cater for SME and individuals with the best competitive rates, terms and costs to meet prospective customer requirements.

MyOwn Inc operates in the Corporate Services via its subsidiary, MyOwn Corporate Services that provides incorporation, corporate secretarial, immigration advisory and related services for onshore companies and various off shore jurisdictions, regional corporations and private investors on an array of dedicated services from formation of legal entities, corporate secretarial service to related consultancy services that are central to all companies (including) listed and private limited companies. MyOwn Inc operates in the e-commerce sector via its subsidiary MyOwn Online, with a business model of selling inventory to customers from its own warehouses that allow third party retailers to promote and sell their products through MyOwn Mall platform. Customers can place their orders by browsing MyOwn Online website or App’s via the user-friendly interface. These medium enable customers to purchase their intended products without glitch through a hassle-free payment, tracking and delivery system.

MyOwn operates in Digital payments and financial services under the brand Myown pay via its subsidiary MyOwnpay Limited, United Kingdom. Myownpay in partnership with financial Institutions globally providing consumer products, bill payment and cashless financial services and customised, mobile payments and/or card-based payment methods to organization serving their own customer base.
